§ 14-56. Fee schedule.

The application for a permit to disturb or change land in the incorporated areas of the county shall be accompanied by a nonrefundable fee according to the following schedule:

(1)

The fee for any type 1 application for any permit or plan approval required by this article shall be $125.00 per disturbed area and the fee for any type 2 application for any permit or plan approval shall be a set fee of $100.00, each to be adjusted as needed to maintain program self-sufficiency as approved by the state Department of Health and Environmental Control.

(2)

The fee for any determination or documentation of any waiver or exemption from any requirements of this article shall be $100.00.
