§ 14-112. Authority.

This article shall be cited as the stormwater utility ordinance and is adopted pursuant to S.C. Code 1976, § 48-14-10 et seq.; the Home Rule Act, S.C. Code 1976, § 4-9-30(5); S.C. Code 1976, § 6-1-330; and South Carolina Land Resources Conservation Commission Regulations 72-300 to 72-316.
