No person, other than those persons hereinafter excepted herefrom, shall engage or
attempt to engage in calling, business, occupation or profession, in whole or in part,
within any of the unincorporated areas of the county without first paying the annual
license fee established herein and obtaining and being in possession of a valid business
license issued by the county as herein provided. The provisions of this article shall
be inapplicable to those parts of the county situated within any of the corporate
limits of any municipality.
