§ 2-273. Creation.

(a)

There is hereby created the county historical commission, herein referred to as the commission.

(b)

The commission is hereby declared to be a body politic and corporate and shall exercise and enjoy all the rights and privileges of such and be subject to the rules and regulations herein imposed.
