§ 2-350. Meetings and requirements.

The board shall open all regular meetings to the general public. No fewer than four meetings per year shall be held. Special meetings may be called, with reasonable notice given to other members. The board will establish its ownbylaws. On an annual basis, the board shall elect a chairperson, a vice-chairperson, and a secretary/treasurer.
