§ 30-1. Entry to premises prohibited during hours that recreational facilities are closed.

  • It shall be unlawful for any person to enter upon the premises of any park, ball field, basketball court, golf course, athletic track, tennis court, or any other recreational facility or the surrounding grounds of any such park or recreational facility owned, leased, occupied or used by the county or any department, board, commission or subdivision thereof during any hours that such park or recreational facility is closed to the public. A facility shall be deemed closed to the public when so specified in the hours of operation set forth on a sign posted on the entrance thereto, during the hours of darkness when the lights at such facility are turned off, when gates or entrances thereto are blocked or locked, when specifically so advised by someone employed to supervise, oversee, manage, care for, or protect any such park or recreational facility, or when other circumstances would make it obvious to any person of reasonable judgment that such facility is closed to the public.
