§ 30-21. Creation.

(a)

There is hereby created the county cultural commission, referred to in this article as the commission, to promote cultural activities and coordinate cultural efforts for the benefit of the community. It shall have such duties, powers and authority as provided in this article.

(b)

The commission is hereby declared to be a body politic and corporate and shall exercise and enjoy all the rights and privileges of such and be subject to the rules and regulations herein imposed.
