§ 40-45. Dissolution of commission.

Latest version.

Whenever the County Council shall determine that the purposes for which the commission was formed have been substantially fulfilled, or that the continued operation of the commission has ceased to further the interests of the citizens of the county, the County Council may declare the commission dissolved.
